The BSE benchmark Sensex was trading 32 points up at 20,715 points a shortwhile ago. The 30-share index rose nearly 77 points in early trade today. Stocks of realty, consumer durables, auto, capital goods and banking sectors led the recovery on emergence of buying by funds and retailers ahead of tomorrow's second quarter monetary policy review by RBI. Sensex had lost nearly 211 points in the previous four sessions.The wide-based National Stock Exchange index Nifty was trading flat at 6,145 points a shortwhile ago.
