Snapping three days of losses, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange rose 22 points, or 0.1 percent, to close at 19,568, today. The Sensex had lost 670 points in the last three trading sessions. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange gained 4 points, to 5,924.But stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore declined between 0.1 percent and 3.8 percent.
