Trimming its initial gains, the BSE benchmark Sensex was trading up by 43 points to 19,191 in noon trade.Earlier Sensex was up 163 points in morning deals ahead of presentation of Union Budget 2013-14 amid a firming global trend.Similarly, the wide-based National Stock Exchange Nifty index moved up by 13 points to 5,808.
