The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange fell 58 points, to 17,141, in early trade, today, ahead of the expiry of the derivatives contracts for November, and amid weak Asian markets. Falling further, the Sensex stood 110 points, or 0.6 percent in the red, at 17,089, a short while ago. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange lost 38 points, to 5,070.Key stock indices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and South Korea were all trading lower. China's key stock index slumped more than 3 percent.
