India's benchmark indices traded flat today after three days of strong rally that saw the Sensex rise over 550 points. The Sensex was trading 9 points up at 17,441 though it rose 30 points or 0.17% to 17,462 in early trade today. The broader Nifty index was trading 2 points higher at 5271. Nifty traded 5 points higher at 5,275 in early hours.
