The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange fell 40 points, or 0.2 per cent, to 19,213 in opening trade, this morning, as investors booked profits after two sessions of gains. Later, after recovering some lost ground, the Sensex stood just 2 points in negative teritory, at 19,250 in afternoon deals, a short while ago. The Sensex had gained nearly 375 points in the previous two sessions.Key stock indices in Japan, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong and South Korea were trading mixed, today. The US Dow Jones Industrial Average ended 0.3 per cent higher yesterday.
