The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange declined 62 points, or 0.3 per cent, to 18,730 in early trade, this morning, as funds and retail investors booked profits after two sessions of gains, and as subdued Asian bourses dampened trading sentiment. Later, the Sensex remained weak, and stood 80 points, or 0.4 percent in the red, at 18,712 in afternoon deals, a short while ago. The 30-share Sensex had gained nearly 215 points in the previous two trading sessions.
