Sensex has touched 18,667 points, the highest in the two and half year. Bombay Stock Exchange gained a modest 22 points today and Nifty at the National Stock Exchange also rose by just 4 points, to 5,608. But stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore lost between 0.1 percent and 2 percent.
