Domestic stock markets hit fresh all-time highs today. The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange surged by 416 points to hit a fresh peak of 35,487 in afternoon trade, a short while ago. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange also scaled a new record of 10,882 by gaining 93 points.At the foreign exchange market, the rupee strengthened by 9 paise to trade at 63 rupees 88 paise against the dollar in afternoon deals.
