The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange jumped 136 points, or 0.8 per cent to close above the 18,000 level at 18,113 on Thursday amid firm European markets. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange rose 43 points or 0.8 per cent to 5,442.Stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and South Korea ended mixed.
