Falling for the second straight session, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange declined 146 points, or 0.9 percent, to 15,728, amid subdued Asian markets, on Wednesday. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange fell 45 points, or 0.9 percent, to 4,706.Stock markets in Japan , Hong Kong , Singapore , and South Korea lost between 0.2 percent and 0.9 percent.
