The BSE benchmark Sensex rose by over 82 points in early trade today .The 30-share barometer, which fell by 243.45 points in the previous session, recovered by 82.61 points, or 0.47 per cent, to 17,758.46 in the first few minutes of trade .Similarly, the wide-based National Stock Exchange Nifty index moved up by 23.05 points, or 0.43 per cent, to 5,403.55.
