The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange rose 86 points, or 0.5 percent, to a two-month high of 17,645, today. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange added 22 points, or 0.4 percent, to 5,282.Stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and South Korea rose between 0.5 percent and 1.5 percent.
