Recovering the losses of morning session, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange was up by nearly 28 points points during the afternoon deals. The 30-share barometer which was down by 60 points in early trade, recovered the losses and was trading in green at 18,709 when reports last came in.Similarly, the Nifty at the National Stock Exchange also recovered its initial losses and was up by 6 points to 5,639.In the Asian region, Hong Kong's Hang Seng index shed 0.19 per cent, while Japan's Nikkei fell 0.67 per cent in early trade today. The US Dow Jones Industrial Average ended 0.44 per cent lower in yesterday's trade.
