The benchmark BSE Sensex up by 424 points, to 34,506 in afternoon trade today. Nifty at the national stock exchange is also rose by 124 points to trade at 10,601 points. Rupee strengthened by 12 paise to 64.31 against the dollar at the interbank forex market today.
