The Sensex and the Nifty were trading at their all-time highs in late morning trade today. While the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange was at 30,140, up 197 points, the Nifty at the National Stock Exchange was at 9,360, 53 points in the green.At the foreign exchange market, the rupee rallied 29 paise to trade at nearly 20-month high of 63 rupees 97 paise against the dollar in late morning deals. The rupee resumed higher at 64 rupees 23 paise as against yesterday's closing level of 64 rupees 26 paise.
