The Sensex and the Nifty touched their all-time highs today. In opening trade, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange surpassed the previous record high of 30,025, with the Nifty at the National Stock Exchange also hitting a new high of 9,343.At the foreign exchange market, the rupee rallied 29 paise to trade at nearly 20-month high of 63 rupees 97 paise against the dollar in late morning deals. The rupee resumed higher at 64 rupees 23 paise as against yesterday's closing level of 64 rupees 26 paise.
