The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange recovered by about 51 points at 28,863 in early trade today. The 30-share index had lost 80 points in the previous session. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange scaled the 8,900-mark. It was up 14 points at 8,910.At the foreign exchange market, the rupee drifted lower by 9 paise to 66 rupees 80 paise against the dollar. Yesterday, it had appreciated 11 paise to close at a fresh three-and-a-half month high of 66 rupees 71 paise.
