The BSE Sensex today lost over 25 points in early trade, extending losses for the second straight session due to sustained selling by funds amid a weak trend in other Asian bourses.The 30-share BSE benchmark index, which had lost 317 points yesterday, fell to19,300 in the early trade.Similarly, the wide-based the National Stock Exchange Nifty declined by 14.50 points to 5,838.In the Asian region, Hong Kong's Hang Seng index was down by 0.50 per cent and Japan's Nikkei index shed 0.31 per centin the morning trade today.The US Dow Jones Industrial Average ended 0.34 per cent lower in yesterday's trade.
