The Sensex which jumped 321 points in early trade lost its gains marginally and was trading up by 61 points at 18,307 a short while ago. The index had lost over 1,121 points in the previous three sessions. Wide-based National Stock Exchange index Nifty recovered 28 points to 5,429 in afternoon trade. Meanwhile, in other Asian markets, Hong Kong's Hang Seng index fell by 1.01 per cent, while Japan's Nikkei shed 0.79 per cent in the early trade.Ahead of release of crucial minutes of the Fed meeting held in July, the US Dow Jones Industrial Average ended 0.05 per cent lower in yesterday's trade.
