Domestic stock markets today dropped over one per cent even global markets showed firmness. 

The key stocks plunged for fifth straight session. 

The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange lost 430 points, or 1.27 per cent, to 33,317. 

The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange declined 110 points, or 1.06 per cent, to 10,249.
