The Sensex at the Bombay Stock exchange was down by 28 points in afternoon trade.The 30-share index which fell by 42 points in its previous session, dropped another 28 points to trade at 20,396 when reports last came in. Earlier, it recovered by 34 points in its opening session.The National Stock Exchange, Nifty lost 14 points to 6,045 a short while ago.
