Falling for the second straight session, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange lost 136 points, or 0.8 percent, to 16,192, today, after the US central bank's surprise decision to hike interest rate on emergency loans to banks. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange declined 43 points, or 0.9 percent, to 4,845.
