The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange lost 120 points to 18,680 in afternoon trade. The fall was attributed to sustained selling by investors on renewed worries over domestic political stability and a weakening trend in global markets. The 30-share barometer fell by 173 points in opening trade.In a similar fashion, the Nifty at the National Stock Exchange fell by 49 points to 5,623.
