The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange lost 62 points, or 0.3 percent, to 20,499, on Tuesday. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange declined 11 points, or 0.2 percent, to 6,146.But, in other Asian markets, the key benchmark indices in Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea rose between 0.5 percent, and 1.7 percent.
