Rising in line with climbing global markets, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange gained 133 points, or 0.7 per cent, to close at a two-year high of 19,714, today. Stocks rose on persistent capital inflows, after the US Congress approved a deal to avert the fiscal cliff. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange added 42 points, or 0.7 percent, to 5,993.Stock markets in Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore gained between 1.1 percent and 2.9 percent.
