The BSE benchmark Sensex today gained over 61 points in early trade on sustained buying by funds amid a firming trend in the Asian region.The 30-share barometer, which had gained 51 rupees 10 paise yesterday, rose further by 61 rupees 51 points, to 19,804.03 with all the sectoral indices, led by auto and realty, trading in positive zone.The wide-based National Stock Exchange index Nifty also moved up by 13 points, to 6,014.70.In the Asian region, Hong Kong's Hang Seng rose by 0.3 per cent while Japan's Nikkei up by 0.47 per cent in early trade today.
