The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange rose by 409 points to 20,129 in late mornings deals today. Earlier it was up by 158 points in the morning trade. In a similar fashion, the Nifty at the National Stock Exchange gained 125 points to 6,121 points level by surging 41 points, or 0.69 per cent, to 6,036.
