The BSE Sensex today rose 406 points to 19,282 points, a short while ago. Earlier, it gained 19,000 level by spurting 293 points in early trade, led by rally in oil and gas sector stocks after the government approved near doubling of natural gas prices to 8.4 US Dollars from April 1, 2014.Similarly, the wide-based National Stock Exchange index Nifty was also up by 121 points to 5,803.
