Rebounding from initial losses, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange closed with a gain of 56 points, or 0.3 percent, at 18,562, today. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange rose 25 points, or 0.5 percent, to 5,645.Stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore ended mixed.
