The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange recovered by 48 points in early trade today to 21,189, on fresh buying by funds and retail investors, amid a firming Asian trend. The 30-share barometer had lost 30 points in yesterday's trade.The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange moved up by 6 points to 6,308.Among other Asian markets, Hong Kong's Hang Seng rose by 0.63 per cent. The stock market in Japan is closed today.
