Rising for the third straight session, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange surged 330 points, or 1.6 percent, to an all-time closing high of 21,326, on sustained foreign fund inflows, amid rising regional markets, today. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange jumped 104 points, or 1.7 percent, to 6,364.Stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong and South Korea gained between 0.1 percent and 2.3 percent.
