The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange gained 29 points during afternoon trading. The 30-share barometer which was up by 93 points in early trade today on emergence of buying by funds and retail investors amid a firming trend in other Asian bourses.Similarly, the Nifty at the National Stock Exchange also gained 12 points to 5,506.
