The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange, was up by 240 points to 20,770 in late morning deals. Earlier, the 30-share index opened up by 245 points as funds and investors made fresh buying ahead of second quarter economic growth data amid a mixed trend on other Asian Bourses. The wide-based National Stock Exchange index Nifty moved up by 78 points to 6,170.
