The BSE benchmark Sensex, which recovered by 184 points in early trade on Tuesday, stood at 181 points in the positive territory at 17,044 in late morning deals, when reports last came in.After losing more than 370 points in the previous session, the 30-share index recovered by 184 points to 17,047, in the first few minutes of trade on Tuesday.In a similar fashion, the broad-based National Stock Exchange index Nifty, was trading 55 points up at 5,142, with banking, consumer durable, refinery, metal and realty stocks trading in the positive zone.
