The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange gained 82 points, 0.5 per cent, to 17,591, in opening trade, today, on renewed buying by investors. But after paring most of its early gains, the Sensex stood just 11 points, or 0.1 percent in the green, at 17,520, a short while ago. Other Asian markets in Japan, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea and Indonesia were trading mixed, in choppy trade, today.
