Surrendering almost all of its initial gains, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange stood just 7 points in the green, at 19,431 in afternoon deals, a short while ago. Earlier in the morning, the Sensex had opened with a moderate gain of 45 points, or 0.2 per cent, at 19,469 on mild buying interest by investors, driven by firm Asian bourses. Key stock indices in Japan, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Singapore had added between 0.1 percent and 1 percent, today.
