The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange further declines by 290 points to 19,151 in late morning trade, due to selling by funds and speculators. Earlier, the 30-share barometer fell by 77 points in early trade today.The Nifty, at the National Stock Exchange declined by 89 points to 5,789.
