The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange fell by 25 points to 19,300 in noon trade. Earlier it was down by 80 points in early trade today due to sellingpressure in rate-sensitive counters mainly in banking,consumer durable and auto amidst capital outflows from foreign funds. The Nifty also dropped by 12 points to 5,837.
