Falling for the second straight session, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange declined 49 points, or 0.3 percent, to close at 19,733, amid weak global markets on Friday.The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange ended flat, at 5,851.Stock markets in China, Hong Kong, and South Korea lost between 0.2 percent and 0.9 percent.
