The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange fell 26 points, or 0.2 percent, to 17,198, on mild profit-booking by investors, today. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange lost 12 points, or 0.2 percent, to 5,216. Stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and South Korea ended mixed.
