Snapping a three-day winning streak, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange declined 157 points, or 1 percent, to 16,026, amid a steadily weakening rupee, and after volatile trade, today. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange fell 46 points, or 0.9 percent, to 4,861. But stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore rose between 0.6 percent and 1.6 percent.
