The BSE Sensex fell by over 153 points in early trade today on fresh selling by funds and retail investors, triggered by weak global cues. The 30-share barometer, which gained over 120 points in last session, fell by over 153 points, to nearly 17,005 with all the sectors led by metal, auto and realty were trading in the negative zone with losses up to 1.26 per cent.The wide-based National Stock Exchange Nifty also declined over 42 points, to nearly 5,163.
