The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange fell 24 points, or 0.5 percent, to 5,125. Trading sentiment was clouded by fears that Greece's debt woes might spread to other euro-zone countries. Stock markets in China, Hong Kong, and Singapore ended mixed.
