Domestic Stocks today declined on second straight day. The Sensex at Bombay Stock Exchange dropped 68.71 points, or 0.19 per cent, to close at 35,965. Nifty at National Stock Exchange also fell 21.95 points, or 0.20 per cent to settle at 11,028.
