Sensex ended at new life-time closing high of 21,239 points, up 43 in Muhurat trading this evening.

A special Muhurat trading session was held on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange, between 6:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. During this session, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange had climbed 125 points, to a new record intra-day high of 21,322, within the first few minutes of opening.
