Snapping eight days of losses, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange rose a modest 18 points, or 0.1 percent, to close at 19,182 on Monday.The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange gained 8 points, or 0.1 percent, to 5,685.Stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore ended mixed.
