Falling for the fourth straight day, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange declined 32 points, or 0.2 per cent, to close at 19,355, on Wednesday.The Sensex fell after a sharp rebound in industrial growth, and a rise in retail inflation dimmed hopes of an interest rate cut by the Reserve Bank in its monetary policy review next week.The Sensex had lost nearly 100 points in the past three trading sessions.The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange fell 11 points, or 0.2 percent, to 5,888.But stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore climbed between 0.4 percent and 0.8 percent.
