Posting its fourth straight session of gains, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange ended 30 points, or 0.2 percent higher, at 16,741, today. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange added 11 points, or 0.2 percent, to 4,976. But stock markets in Japan, China, Hong Kong and Singapore fell between 0.5 percent and 3 percent.
