The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange climbed 137 points, or 0.7 percent, to 20,303, on Monday, on initial strong corporate earnings, and firm Asian and European markets. The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange rallied 40 points, or 0.7 percent, to 6,106. The bourses in China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore rose between 0.3 percent and 2.6 percent, after global finance leaders vowed at a G-20 meet to avoid weakening currencies to lift exports.
